Goodstart Mount Martha – Bentons Road offers a Goodstart Educator position in a modern, purpose‑built centre with a capacity for 120 children, situated just 500 metres from the beach, public transport and local shops. You will work alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programmes for our children, and will dedicate your efforts to safety and inclusivity, ensuring every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences.

Responsibilities
Work closely with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to design, implement and evaluate high‑quality learning programmes for children. Maintain a safe, inclusive environment and support the wellbeing, safety and learning of every child in the centre.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Vic Working with Children Check
