Job Title: Part‑Time Practice Manager/Receptionist
Location: Booragoon, 6154
Hours: 5 days a week (no weekends)

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organised full‑time Receptionist with the potential to transition into Practice Manager. This role is vital in ensuring a smooth workflow and excellent patient & staff experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Record Management: Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
- Billing and Payments: Handle patient billing inquiries, process payments, manage private health insurance claims, and oversee practice bills to ensure timely payments.
- Staff Management: Prepare staff schedules and rosters, ensuring adequate cover and managing payroll for practitioners and staff.
- Equipment Oversight: Manage practice equipment, ensuring it is in good working order. Schedule repairs and services as needed.
- Team Support: Provide guidance and support to front desk and clinical staff, fostering a collaborative setting. Assist in training new staff members and ensure they are well‑equipped to deliver excellent patient care.
- Quality Improvement: Participate/host staff meetings to discuss ways to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in dental reception or practice management preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Dental for windows experience
- A positive attitude and a passion for patient care

Pay: $29.00 – $40.00 per hour
