Your Role
As a CSR, you’ll be the heartbeat of our customer experience, ensuring every client feels valued and heard. Your responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound calls and scheduling service requests (300 to 500 calls per week)
- Tracking and analyzing advertising sources
- General administration support
What We’re Looking For
- Superb Communication Skills: Articulate in writing and speaking with an impactful presence.
- Customer Service Pro: Exceptional phone and email etiquette with a knack for making clients feel special.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft 365 and quick to learn new systems. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
