We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative with exceptional communication skills and a passion for the fashion industry to join our team in Rosebery.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction on emails and live-chat.
- Handle customer queries professionally, provide knowledgeable solutions, and follow up as required.
- Ensuring customer profiles and communication are documented.
- Working with the returns team on processing returns and faulty replacements.
- Provide backup and support to other Customer Service team members as/when requested.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience (either online or in-store).
- Strong organisational skills, ability to multi-task and show initiative.
- Experience in a fast‑paced working setting.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.Strong grammar skills.
- Comprehensive computer skills with an iMac.
