What is the role?
Full‑time Customer Service Representative at our Mulgrave office, delivering outstanding service to customers and business partners across various channels. Join us and make a real difference for small and medium businesses while being part of a friendly, supportive team.
What will you be doing?
- Supporting small and medium businesses with their freight needs.
- Turning a tricky situation into a favourable experience for our customers.
- Resolving freight queries efficiently and effectively using expert problem‑solving skills.
- Explaining general freight and how freight moves through the transport network.
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and sharing feedback with the team.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for customer service experts who love helping others by finding solutions and sharing information. This role is perfect for you if:
- You have previously worked in a contact centre. A minimum of 6‑month experience is preferred.
- You are fun to be around and enjoy working in a team.
- You are skilled at communicating professionally over the phone or via email.
- You are always looking for ways to improve your performance and the way you work.
- You understand the importance of a customer‑first mindset.
- You have strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
To be considered for this role, you must have Australian or New Zealand citizenship, or permanent residency status. Please do not apply if your visa status is temporary.
