What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering exceptional customer service across inbound phone, website, email and scheduling platforms.
- Supporting customers by providing tailored solutions and promoting our services.
- Maintaining accurate customer information in our database.
- Attending specialist training to continually enhance your skills.
- Collaborating with a fun and motivated team that values your input.
About You
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building relationships.
- Motivated to learn and grow in your career.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Enjoys working in a team environment and helping others.
- National Police Clearance (required).
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm.
Previous customer service experience in a similar environment is highly desirable, but we provide full training – if you bring the attitude, we’ll teach you the rest!
