Concrete Foreman – Civil Construction
We are expanding our team and looking for a Concrete Foreman and experienced Civil Concreters / Form Workers to join our growing crew working on projects on the Fraser Coast. This is an exciting opportunity to join a Leading Civil Contractor delivering curb and Gully Tie‑ins, gully pits, storm water man holes, head walls, wing walls and footpaths.

Responsibilities
- Lead the concrete crew in delivering curved and gully tie‑in projects, including gully pits, storm water man holes, head walls, wing walls and footpaths.
- Apply steel fixing, formwork and concrete placement as required.
- Read and work from detailed plans and drawings.
- Maintain safety standards on civil construction sites.
- Work collaboratively with a close‑knit team to ensure quality and timeliness.
Qualifications
- Experience with steel fixing, formwork and concrete placement.
- Ability to read and work from plans and detailed drawings.
- Strong understanding of safety requirements on civil construction sites.
- A solid work ethic and ability to work within a close‑knit team.
- Civil construction experience within sewer, stormwater or water infrastructure (highly regarded).
