38 hours per week | Tuesday – Friday: 9:30am – 5:30pm | Saturday: 9:30am-6pm
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading, coaching, and developing a passionate team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Becoming BRA-FIT certified to provide expert fitting guidance
- Representing Bendon’s vision-helping all women feel confident and comfortable for life
- Managing key operational functions, including loss prevention, stock processing, and exceeding KPIs
- Implementing Bendon’s Visual Merchandising standards within the MYER PAD
- Analyzing sales data, reporting, and rosters to optimize store performance
- Partnering with the Regional Manager to drive initiatives at a store, regional, and company level
