Community Services Manager – Mental Health Team in Ipswich & Bury St Edmunds – £32,480.00 – £36,032.50 per year – Annually
Lead the development and management of REST Hubs in Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds. The role focuses on recovery and support, creating welcoming daytime drop-in hubs. Full-time hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. You will oversee two central locations, build community partnerships, and ensure that individuals experiencing mental distress receive the support they need.
Responsibilities
- Lead the operational delivery of REST Hubs in Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds, creating thriving wellness centres within the community.
- Recruit, manage, and support a team of six staff members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and support.
- Develop and nurture partnerships with local organisations and service providers to expand community support networks.
- Ensure compliance with contracts and manage health and safety requirements, aligning with commissioner expectations.
- Foster a positive working environment for both staff and service users.
