Job Title: Chef / Cook (Full-Time) – Authentic Thai Restaurant

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic Thai dishes according to restaurant standards
- Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation meet expectations
- Assist with daily prep, stock control, and ordering ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance
- Work efficiently as part of a team and support other kitchen staff
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef or Cook (Thai cuisine preferred)
- Knowledge of Thai ingredients, flavour balance, and cooking techniques
- Ability to work under pressure and handle busy service periods
- Strong teamwork, time management, and communication skills
- Relevant commercial cookery qualification (Certificate III or IV) preferred
Nice to Have
Being able to communicate effectively in Thai is a plus.
