About the Role
Your primary role is to create a warm, friendly place for customers to shop and consistently exceed their service expectations. You are the first point of contact with the customer and should aim to WOW every visit to Spendless Shoes.
Responsibilities
- Live each day the Spendless Way.
- Follow the 4C’s of customer care.
- Maximise sales opportunities by providing legendary customer experiences.
- Maintain exceptional store presentation.
- Provide additional sales of Value Add Products (VAPs) accessories.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills.
- Enjoy fast‑paced, challenging work.
- Motivation to be successful.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team or independently.
- Passion for fashion footwear.
- Some retail or hospitality experience.
