Job Overview
Employment Type: Casual shifts Monday to Friday between 6:30am – 6:30pm. Pay: $ph – $ph. Find your fit with Goodstart. Choose your hours and location. As a Casual Educator you will be a versatile, team‑oriented skilled educator, ready to support our centres and children wherever and whenever needed. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures every child has enriching and responsive learning experiences.
Responsibilities
- Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team.
- Engaging and supervising the children at all times.
- Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members.
- Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families.
- Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures.
- Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements
- ACECQA approved early childhood qualification.
- Current Victoria Working with Children Check.
- Willing and able to travel between other local services.
- Flexible availability between Monday‑Friday, 6:30am – 6:30pm.
