Working in partnership with Karlup Aboriginal Corporation and Indigo Junction, the Assertive Outreach Worker will deliver culturally safe, trauma-informed, and person-centred outreach services to people experiencing homelessness and vulnerable community members across Perth’s North East Metropolitan Corridor.
The Assertive Outreach Worker will provide triage, assessment, advocacy, referrals, and short-term case management support to individuals and families experiencing homelessness and crisis. This role plays a key part in strengthening collaborative responses to homelessness while fostering positive outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and the broader community.
