Job Overview
As the Bartender at Langlands Restaurant & Bar, you will support the day‑to‑day operations of a high‑floor bar in Melbourne’s CBD, preparing cocktails, serving guests, and managing bar stock.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cocktails and beverages.
- Provide personalized service to guests.
- Open, set up, and close the outlet per shift.
- Handle guest enquiries courteously and efficiently.
- Set, clear, and reset working areas.
- Understand and adhere to Food Safety procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in a fast‑paced bar environment, preferably as a Mixologist.
- Knowledge of all bar operations, from kegs to cocktail shakers.
- Valid Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
- WSET 1 or 2 preferred.
- Confidence to promote beverage ideas and make decisions under pressure.
- Excellent time‑management and multitasking, calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work rotating roster, weekends and public holidays.
