We are currently seeking a Casual Team Member with prior retail experience for our Gepps Cross store. We are looking for team members who are dedicated, passionate and wants to be part of a hard working but fun team environment.
About the role
You will be based within our Inbound Stock receiving department, with heavy lifting required. Working mornings Monday – Friday.
Responsibilities
- Processing stock deliveries daily in the back dock
- Heavy lifting of stock loads
- Auditing inventory manifests
- Supporting catalogue and promotional merchandising
- Maintaining a neat, full and safe environment
- Building positive relationships with fellow team members and customers
- Processing and Pick Packing online orders including consistent lifting of light loads
Qualifications
- Experience within a stock role, whether it be warehousing or store person
- Retail experience, preferably within a big-box retail space
- The ability to multitask
- Effective communication skills
- Strong teamwork ability
- A focus on safety
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
