About The Role
We are experiencing a strong phase of growth and are seeking an Associate Partner to join our Accounting & Business Advisory team. In this leadership role, you will operate at the intersection of senior client leadership and firm growth. This role is designed for a future leader ready to move beyond managing engagements to leading client relationships, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the firm’s strategic direction. It offers a clear and structured pathway to Partnership and is a key component of our long‑term succession planning.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Provide technical leadership across compliance and advisory engagements, ensuring high‑quality delivery and effective management of complex matters and risk
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering commercially sound advice while identifying opportunities to expand services and drive growth
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members, supporting capability uplift, problem‑solving, and succession planning within a high‑performing team
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen, professional judgment, and integrity, contributing to firm initiatives, market presence, and overall business success
What we are looking for
- Tertiary degree in Commerce, Business, Accounting or Finance
- CA/CPA Qualified
- Strong technical accounting and advisory expertise, with experience supporting SMEs, privately held companies, family groups, and not‑for‑profits
- Proven ability to manage senior client relationships, with a track record of delivering quality outcomes and driving client retention
- Demonstrated leadership and commercial acumen, including mentoring teams, exercising sound judgment, and identifying and converting growth opportunities
- Deliver strong client outcomes, driving satisfaction, retention, and referral growth across the portfolio
- Contribute to revenue growth through increased advisory services uptake and consistent delivery of high‑quality, timely work
- Strengthen team capability and succession, while actively contributing to firm strategy, culture, and progression toward Partner‑level expectations
