THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Carpenter, you will work on a variety of residential and commercial projects in a collaborative team environment. Your work will include framing, interior finishing, cabinetry installation, made to a high standard of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Structural Carpentry – Build and assemble frameworks including walls, floors, and roofs
• Interior Finishing – Install doors, windows, trim, moulding, and baseboards with accuracy
• Custom Installations – Fit and install cabinetry, shelves, and built-in fixtures to specification
• Exterior Structures – Construct decks, patios, pergolas, and fences
• Finishing Work – Sand, stain, paint, and seal to deliver a professional final product
• Safety & Quality – Follow WHS protocols and ensure all work meets the company’s high standards

ABOUT YOU

You are a qualified and experienced Carpenter who is passionate about your work and enjoys being part of a supportive team. You know how to work safely, efficiently, and with a keen focus on delivering quality results.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Completed a carpentry apprenticeship or equivalent trade qualification
• Construction or renovation experience
• Solid knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools
• Ability to interpret and work from construction plans
• Competence with both hand and power tools
• Understanding of Work Health & Safety (WHS) regulations
• Strong communication, organisation, and time-management skills
• A customer-focused approach and positive attitude
