Overview
BRG is seeking an experienced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Specialist (Level 3) to support the Aerospace Explosive Systems Program Office (AEOSPO) within EMB. This is a highly transactional, delivery-focused role centred on Introduction Into Service (IIS) for MRGM-ER, requiring strong ILS capability combined with practical Project Management experience.
This role will work across stakeholders, SPOs, OEMs, user communities and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) logistics channels to develop, analyse and deliver critical logistics artefacts required to transition new Explosive Ordnance capability into operational service.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring Defence can field a fully supported and sustainable weapon system capability from Day 1 of operational release, reducing risks related to sustainment readiness, materiel support gaps and acquisition milestone delays.
Operating with a high level of independence, this position requires strong judgement, initiative and subject-matter expertise to align logistics elements with broader capability and sustainment objectives.
