Description

Intrinsic Health Group is seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team on the Sunshine Coast. This permanent position is available full-time or part-time and involves a predominantly adult caseload across CHSP, Support at Home, and community-based services with a strong focus on functional, real‑world outcomes.

Based at the Vitality Movement Centre in Birtinya, you will work alongside Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology and Dietetics professionals, and have access to purpose‑built facilities and gym spaces to support functional and rehabilitation‑based therapy.

You will be supported by a dedicated admin team who manage scheduling and day‑to‑day logistics, allowing you to focus on clinical work and client outcomes.

There is also an opportunity to contribute to local speech pathology services and step into leadership responsibilities as you see fit.

What you will be doing

• Deliver assessments and interventions across home, community, and clinic settings.
• Manage a varied adult caseload across aged‑care, Support at Home, and community clients.
• Support communication, swallowing, and functional outcomes for adult clients.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to promote holistic outcomes.
• Provide education and practical strategies to clients, families, and carers.
• Maintain high‑quality clinical documentation.
• Contribute to service‑development and quality‑improvement initiatives.

What we are looking for

• SPA‑registered Speech Pathologist.
• Demonstrated clinical experience, ideally within adult or community settings.
• Confidence working autonomously while contributing to a team environment.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Interest in aged‑care and functional, adult‑focused practice.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (and WWC) or willingness to obtain.
• COVID and influenza vaccination evidence.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Visa sponsorship may be available for candidates currently based in Australia.
