Position Available:

What You’ll Do:

• Support day-to-day operational and administration requirements including:
  • Diary and Inbox management
  • Co-ordinating meetings and travel arrangements
  • Providing admin support to Executive Manager & Office Co-ordinator
• Work closely with clients to meet governance, reporting, and trust management requirements
• Contribute to building long-term, respectful relationships with clients
• Regional travel within WA may be required

We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant/Administrator
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs before they arise
• A commitment to integrity, transparency, and cultural respect
• Australian citizenship is required for this position
