We’re looking for an inspiring and passionate Centre Director to lead a incredible 84-place centre. This is a unique opportunity to shape the culture and learning journey within a state-of-the-art facility, designed to connect children with nature.
The Role
You will be the heart of our community, leading your team to deliver exceptional care and educational experiences.
Your responsibilities include:
- Inspiring Leadership: Motivate and support a dedicated team of educators.
- Building Connections: Foster strong, collaborative relationships with families.
- Championing Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of safety, education, and compliance with EYLF and NQS.
About You
The ideal candidate is a professional and experienced leader with:
- A proven track record in a management role within early childhood education.
- A deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with childcare management systems, including Q Kids and CCS.
