Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others? We are seeking dedicated and compassionate support workers to join our team, in particular in Castlemaine, Maryborough, and Bendigo!
As a support worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals in the comfort of their own homes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Provide personalised care and assistance tailored to the unique needs of each Service User.
Support individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, community access, including transport and assistance with shopping.
Domestic Assistance, including vacuuming, mopping and dusting
Foster a warm and trusting environment that promotes independence and dignity.
**What you bring**
- Certificate III Home and Community Care or equivalent (not essential however highly regarded)
- Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy and compassion for individuals with varying needs.
- Trustworthy and reliable with a vehicle
