We’re building a core crew of Tom Thumb and Franna operators for our civil, construction and commercial clients across Perth metro.

The work.

• Pick-and-carry lifts on the Franna
• Slewing lifts on the Tom Thumb for steel, precast, plant and materials
• Working to lift plans and load charts with your dogman and rigging crew
• Pre-starts, daily checks and looking after your machine
• Metro sites only. Single-day call-outs through to multi-week placements.

• $50–$65/hr + super, depending on tickets and experience

• First call on longer placements and permanent roles

What you need.

• HRWL CN for the Franna and/or C2 for the Tom Thumb.
• MR or HR licence
• Construction Induction (White) Card
• Proven Franna or small slewing crane experience, with VOCs where held
• Confidence on tight metro sites: traffic, overhead powerlines, working near the public
• A clear medical and drug and alcohol test
• Reliable transport
