About the Role
We are seeking an Early Learning Centre Co-Educator to join our school-based early learning service at St Anne's Campus in Sale. Working part-time (minimum three days per week) you will support the delivery of high-quality early childhood education in collaboration with our Educational Leader and teaching team.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the Victorian Early Years Learning
- Maintain documentation, observations and student portfolios that reflect individual abilities and interests
- Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to create a safe, clean and aesthetically pleasing learning environment
- Develop warm, respectful relationships with children and families
- Contribute to team meetings, professional development and school events as required
- Support daily routines including cleaning, setup, and maintenance of facilities and equipment

- Commitment to best-practice early childhood education and the VEYLDF
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team under the direction of Educational Leaders
- Strong communication skills and genuine care for children and families
- Reliability and flexibility to support school events and professional development days
